At the end of last year, we received a certificate from our partners Forests Without Frontiers, showing that a total of 800 trees had been planted in our name – Well we’re delighted to say that this will of course be carrying on again this year with a target of 1,200 trees.
What a wonderfully positive way to start the New Year – FWF forwarded us videos and photos showing their team working hard to plant huge numbers of new trees, ours amongst them…It’s amazing to see the landscape where they were planted…
We’ve publicised often that our relationship with Forest Without Frontiers answers part of our broad CSR program, specifically our carbon offset program. Through the planting of trees, we have been able to balance the carbon generated from each shipment we’ve made on behalf of our clients.
