Three in four women experience menopause symptoms and one in four have severe symptoms. We recognise the impact that this can have on an individual and that many people are still uncomfortable discussing it. With the help of, we are creating an open and menopause friendly workplace where managers and those experiencing menopause feel comfortable discussing any issues associated with it.
We have added our name to the Menopause Workplace Pledge campaign. By signing the Menopause Policy we have committed to creating a supportive environment for all employees affected by menopause.
