The UK overnight delivery market has been changing significantly through the course of 2015 since the highly publicised demise of one of the biggest contenders previously – Citylink- on Christmas Eve 2014.
One of the most noticeable changes has been an ongoing shrinkage in the acceptable standard dimensions that can be sent as a ‘parcel’ through the networks.
We will be publishing more details on this soon, but for now – as a guideline – if any of your consignments have any dimension that is greater than 125cm, with the other two dimensions together totalling greater than 100cm, please make sure you contact Customer Services prior to sending it in order to determine the additional charges that may be incurred.
Please note that anything not pre-advised that is deemed oversize may be held over for 24 hours either due to service restrictions, or for additional charges to be accepted by the sender.
