We have a new vacancy available within our very successful Art handling department ShipArtTM , based at our Colnbrook office – Flight Logistics Ltd, Global Logistics Centre, Horton Road, Colnbrook, SL3 0DL

Liaising with clients by phone and email, taking bookings, obtaining quotes for packing and shipping, supplying quotes to clients, liaising with packers, tracking shipments proactively to ensure / anticipate customs and other transit delays. Maintaining our art storage inventory (excel).
Requirements for the Role
The candidate must be PC literate (full training will be given on our in-house shipping system), proficient with word, excel and outlook. Good level of numeracy and literacy essential. Excellent written and spoken English and strong interpersonal skills. Must be a team player. Some knowledge of import and export procedures an advantage although full training will be given.
Position is subject to 3-month trial period and receipt of satisfactory references.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 10.30 – 19.30. Occasional overtime is available.
