When we walk into an exhibition, the lights are low, the works are hung with precision, and the story they tell unfolds seamlessly. What we rarely see, however, are the teams working conscientiously behind the scenes to make such cultural moments possible.

On November 4th, 2025, Artscapy, (a digital platform transforming how collectors manage their art wealth), launches its first annual exhibition, ‘Women in the Picture’. The show champions contemporary female artists and highlights voices that have too often been overlooked in the art world. It’s an ambitious project, and one we are proud to support at Flight Logistics through our art logistics service, ShipArtTM.

Of the project, Artscapy states “Our exhibition is a celebration of exceptional, contemporary female artists who are reshaping the art world. These artists bring their unique perspectives to our exploration of the female gaze…”

Championing female artists

As specialists in art logistics, we’re committed to helping galleries and cultural organisations bring bold ideas like this to life. Supporting female artists aligns perfectly with our values of inclusivity, sustainability, and collaboration.

“To collect women artists today is to stand at the frontier of a cultural rebalancing, shaping the canon while seizing one of the most compelling opportunities in the art market. The future of collecting, like the future of culture, is female.” – Emilia De Stasio, Co-founder and COO of Artscapy.

The role of art logistics in exhibitions

Behind every successful exhibition is a network of partners working to make it possible. Art logistics may not be visible to visitors, but it’s essential. From custom packaging and transport planning to secure deliveries and installation support, we make sure artworks arrive safely, on time, and ready to be enjoyed.

Our work with Artscapy demonstrates how collaboration between logistics experts and curators ensures ambitious exhibitions like ‘Women in the Picture’ can run smoothly.

“Thank you for ensuring that every detail is running smoothly behind the scenes. Your efficiency and professionalism are playing a vital role in the seamless execution of the event.”

Shared values, shared vision

Like Artscapy, we believe art should be accessible and inclusive. We’re proud to sponsor this event, we’re not only transporting artworks but also investing in the cultural ecosystem that helps artists thrive.

This exhibition is about more than art on the walls, it’s about community, collaboration, and creating space for all voices in the art world.

Looking ahead

‘Women in the Picture’ is the first in Artscapy’s new exhibition series, and we’re excited to be supporting their vision. We see our role as more than logistics; we’re a partner in making culture happen.
