Thoughtful handling recognised. 😍

Brandon, one of our art delivery drivers, was recently recognised by wonderful client and artists Linda Morris, for the care and attention he brought to her collection.

Naturally we thought we’d embarrass him by posting it and a recent pic of Brandon taken outside our HQ at Heathrow:

“Hi Susan

My shipment was collected today.

I just wanted to pass on how helpful and courteous your driver was. He was knowledgeable about the process and went out of his way to ensure that the picture was well wrapped and secure for the journey to your warehouse at Heathrow.

I didn`t catch his name but wonder if you could pass this very positive feedback on to his Line Manager?”
