If you’ve got temporary shows, exhibitions or shoots, lined up for Summer 2026 and beyond, the ATA Carnet is officially going digital (ditching the paperwork by 2028) making things faster.

A carnet is essentially a temporary passport for selected items, (from artwork, film kits, exhibition stands, to fabric samples and beyond) letting you move them through customs/borders tax-free, provided they're coming back home with you.

Starting 1 June 2026, the UK, EU, Norway, and Switzerland are kicking off the transition.

What you need to know:
1. The Transition: For a while, digital and paper carnets will live side-by-side.
2. Check your destination: Every country is moving at its own pace, so don't assume everywhere is digital yet!
3. Avoid the headache: Double-check the requirements for your specific destination to avoid those "surprise" border fees.

Over £2100 raised… incredible! We’re very pleased to be able to support such a fantastic cause… well done @kimelcafe and thanks for the mention. 🤩

Repost: kimelcafe - You guys are amazing, we can’t thank you enough for your support day in and day out. Today at the May Fayre we made over £2100 which is the most we have ever taken at one of these events. We are in disbelief that we beat our total from the Winter Carnival, we honestly didn’t think that it would be possible. Thank you to everyone that donated prizes and to everyone that came to the stall today to support us, we couldn’t do it without you guys. A big shoutout to @flightlg1 for your generosity, you are all fabulous 🩷
Another truly magnificent 3d mural - @chriscarlsonart

Thoughtful handling recognised. 😍

Brandon, one of our art delivery drivers, was recently recognised by wonderful client and artists Linda Morris, for the care and attention he brought to her collection.

Naturally we thought we’d embarrass him by posting it and a recent pic of Brandon taken outside our HQ at Heathrow:

“Hi Susan

My shipment was collected today.

I just wanted to pass on how helpful and courteous your driver was. He was knowledgeable about the process and went out of his way to ensure that the picture was well wrapped and secure for the journey to your warehouse at Heathrow.

I didn't catch his name but wonder if you could pass this very positive feedback on to his Line Manager?”

We did - thank you. 😊
